Staff are expected as a minimum to check emails at least once per day, within working hours Monday to Friday. Staff are not expected to reply to emails during evenings, weekends or holidays.
Parents/carers should expect an acknowledgement to a phone call or email within 48 hours of making contact, and a full response within 5 working days.
